What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?

Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery and assembly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Dorothy ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.

What is your return policy for home textiles?

We accept returns on unused textiles, such as rugs and linens, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, at Dorothy we prioritize the planet. All our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber and finished with non-toxic, eco-friendly stains.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm for larger purchases.
